The system significantly reduces manual programming effort and improves consistency in study execution.
- Developed an LLM-driven data standardization pipeline for mapping noisy, heterogeneous datasets into the OMOP CDM format, enabling structured biomedical analytics and improving data preparation efficiency by up to 40% through automated schema alignment and transformation logic.
